Plans, Coordination & Approvals
Architectural planning, engineering coordination, project specifications, and required permitting are organized before construction begins. We help coordinate the documentation and approvals required for the project.
Coordinated Project Execution
Construction moves forward through defined milestones, coordinated scheduling, trade management, quality-focused oversight, and consistent project communication. Remote progress visibility may also be available through on-site cameras.
Final Walkthrough & Handoff
As construction reaches completion, we coordinate the final walkthrough, address remaining punch-list items, organize project closeout, and prepare the home or commercial space for final handoff.
